As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of N & S Marketing Audio Video products in the Oregon and Western Idaho including Portland and Boise. You will be responsible for driving our key strategies, in order to attain annual sales quotas. This person is responsible for the selection, development, and education of our Consumer A/V Integrator partners, and for working with dealers and integrators within the territory to support sales of our products into vertical markets. They should strive to achieve a proper balance of new business development and existing account management. The ideal candidate is located in the Portland, OR area. Specific Responsibilities Manage day-to-day activities in territory Plan and manage sales efforts within the territory working with manufacturers regional sales managers and others. Launch new products and drive sales of these products to meet sale goals Drive regular reporting on results in territory to management Partner development and growth In a team approach, develop professional and personal relationships at all levels at the top dealers. Ensure that distribution is in line with the company’s strategy. Set annual goals for each business partner and monitor and update regularly. Implement key strategic initiatives as directed by senior management. Has technical skills in consumer audio-video. A passion for audio and music is encouraged. Work to achieve team goals such as team event planning and other activities. Work with the Team to develop leads and opportunities, and them along with our partners, allocating and tracking them accordingly. Attend major industry trade shows, local association and partner events, and host N & S Marketing events sales/marketing within the territory. Must be able to coordinate, arrange, manage, and execute sales/marketing events. Collaborate with team mates to organize and coordinate large-scale Demo Events that attract and serve our existing and target customers and partners. Requirements: Must be a very self-driven individual, who works well in both team and entrepreneurial environments. Two to five years sales experience in the Consumer Audio/Video industry and existing relationships with industry partners and targets is also required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Microsoft Office and CRM usage experience. Average 2-4 days a week travel is required. Position reports into AV Sales Manager.
