With the growth in demand for products and the expansion of our reseller channel, we are looking for a person to handle inside sales for our video production and conferencing products. The Inside Sales Representative will have exposure to and work closely with 1 Beyond top management, with opportunity to expand responsibilities over time.


  • Assist 1 Beyond sales team in managing sales pipeline (direct and indirect), creating estimates, and following up on opportunities
  • Research offices of key resellers, identify key players, establish contact, and generate interest
  • Understand partner needs and requirements and team with them to build pipeline and close deals
  • Schedule reseller sales and technical training sessions
  • Perform effective online demos and present overview presentations to resellers and end-user customers
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate person for further development and closure as needed
  • Input leads into CRM database (we use ACT!), track them to assure follow-up and keep database updated with latest status

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven inside sales experience, ideally with a video/AV organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone presence and customer relations skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, plus ability to multitask, assess situations and propose solutions
  • Able to manage time effectively and work independently, but also able to work as part of a team
  • Experience with a CRM, such as ACT! or Salesforce, plus Microsoft Office essential
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • BS/BA degree
  • Minimum 2-years work experience
