Office Admin

 

Brooklyn based AV Installation company seeks full-time Office Adminstrator to takeover running of all daily administrative operations of the company.

 

Some responsibilities include:

 

-Project coordination.

 

-Inventory management (Placing and tracking orders).

 

-Create and update records (invoices, PO's, contacts, etc.)

 

-Learn the ins and outs of our back office computer system in a timely manner

 

Candidate must be able to multi task and have strong organizational skills. Proven experience as a back office assistant or other relevant administrative role, customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft office are a must.
