Inside Sales Associate

Led by a team of experienced professionals in the AV industry, we work closely with custom integrators and the industry’s top brands, to deliver cutting-edge integrated solutions for video, audio, lighting control, content management, networking, digital signage; plus whole-home and business automation.  We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team.

 

In this role, you will serve as a Sales Associate in our local facility.  You will engage and sell to customers, in the showroom, and by outbound and inbound calling.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Utilize leads, market research and business contacts to seek out new customer opportunities in assigned market
  • Identify, promote and engage in appropriate training opportunities relative to business and product knowledge and enhancements
  • Facilitate growth and development of existing dealers
  • Expose dealers to marketing materials and deliver product demonstrations
  • Communicate to dealer promotions and training opportunities which are relevant to his/her business needs
  • Collect potential new dealer applications and forward to Branch Manager for review
  • Identify potential best existing dealer business opportunities
  • Support account managers, as necessary
  • Conduct outbound calls to assigned, existing dealers for promotional activities, training information and/or order status/pick-up
  • Maintain updated knowledge of product lines and pricing
  • Provide warehouse support, such as loading and unloading trucks, when necessary

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years previous sales experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Consumer Electronics industry
  • Proven ability to develop/manage strong customer relationships via the telephone and in person is critical
