Customer Success Rep

 

The CSR is a key member of the Customer Acquisition and Care Team. Responsibilities range across the customer lifecycle phases of prospective, new and ongoing subscriber.

Sales Responsibilities include:

The successful candidate will possess a nurturing personality. Their goal is to engage with potential and current subscribers in an effort to assist them in purchasing and using Simply Reliable's software solutions such as smartOFFICE and designMACHINE.

 

Responsibilities in customer acquisition include: Utilizing warm and cold calls, email, and social media to engage with potential subscribers.

Responsibilities in new customer on-boarding and getting started include: The CSR will be responsible for onboarding the prospective and new subscribers. This will require a complete and detailed understanding of smartOFFICE and designMACHINE.

Responsibilities in ongoing customer relationship management include: The CSR will as part of their weekly function place calls, follow up with, and potentially meet with existing subscribers for the purpose of ensuring the subscriber understands the features and is utilizing them to enhance their business as well as to look for opportunities to upsell and add on additional subscriptions that may benefit the subscriber’s business.

Experience:

 

The successful candidate will have sales and design experience in the Smart Home industry.  Experience with audio/video, control systems, home automation, security, IT networking and electrical will provide the basis in knowledge of system design and project management to best relate to the subscriber.

 

Performance Review and Compensation:

 

The position will be evaluated based upon a multi-step process based around the onboarding process with measurable performance indicators at each step of the sales funnel.

 

This is a salary plus commission position with an individual and team bonus structure based out of Tampa Bay.
